Impact of Proactive Personality on Affective Commitment: Mediation Effect of Job Satisfaction

Organizations are finding it harder and to improve their performance amid fierce competition. Globalization is causing markets transition from traditional digital, as new things developed, product lifecycles getting shorter. don't always grow in the same way. The political, social, environmental factors make doing business developing nations very challenging. Business studies courses emphasize role of staff overcoming issues like this. Proactive workers look for a company that can adapt work situations. According this study, individuals' proactive personalities under effect perceived organizational support result affective commitment by job satisfaction. Through Google form, 221 respondents managerial positions were randomly selected manufacturing service firms. SPSS V.20 was employed data analysis. Using Hayes method, mediation moderated findings indicate connection between personality emotional through satisfaction, will become stronger increases. with partially mediated. Empirically, all three study's hypotheses confirmed. Managers practitioners benefit decision-making advice.
